“Things We Hide” turns on a couple named Naomi and Logan who, after a psychological breakdown nearly destroys their marriage, retreat to a remote farmhouse to seek a fresh start. That’s when “terrifying events begin blurring the line between trauma, paranoia, and the supernatural,” according to the synopsis. Popular on Variety
