The UNESCO/Tamayouz Cinema Foundation Residency is a fully supported creative residency for young African women filmmakers, held in Morocco. The programme provides mentorship, workshops, and a creative environment for participants to develop their film projects. It is part of UNESCO's broader mandate to support cultural diversity and the creative industries in Africa. The residency is run in partnership with the Tamayouz Cinema Foundation, which focuses on empowering women in the African film industry.
